BARLO the beachfront restaurant chill out bar, set to open in the 4th quarter of 2007, is the 1st gastronomic venture of chef Gene Gonzalez ( of CACS and Cafe Ysabel fame ) in Boracay. It is located on the beachfront of Two Seasons Boracay in the boat station 1 area, between Fridays and Seawind. It is expected to provide a new alternative and truly pleasurable dining experience to the island paradise while "late-nighters" who prefer the 'chill-out' sounds by the beach with their fave cocktail drinks in hand will find barLO a more relaxing and genuinely stress-free hang-out compared to the hard-hitting beats and rowdier crowds of the mainstream bars and clubs of the island.
